We work on Next-generation sequencing based mutational and transcriptomic profiling (targeted deep sequencing of MYD88, CXCR4, B cell receptor pathway genes) focused on elucidating the biological aspects of rare WM manifestations such as extramedullary disease, autoimmune syndromes and central nervous system dissemination.
